Successful Sleep

Sleep is the body’s ability to process the days information and happenings. Our brains usually need to for cycles of rapid eye movement (REM) sleep to file away memories, sort out information learned, and understand the experiences that happened that day. Sleep also allows the body to rest report, repair, and rejuvenate. We usually don’t value sleep Intel it’s missing.

Having a restless night, fewer hours of sleep, or simply of living a life that is not allow us to feel rested when we sleep, It’ll lead to poor attention, inability to focus, imbalanced mood (grouchy, reactive, sensitive), increased pain, and overall dissatisfaction with life.

To have a better quality of life, and truly enjoy what your life has to offer, you need to start with a good nights rest.
